About May

May is a founder of Insight Conscious Coaching and a Certified Conscious Life and Parent Coach with Dr. Shefali Tsabary Coaching Institute. Dr. Shefali has been hailed by Oprah Winfrey as "revolutionary" and "the best child expert" she has interviewed in her career.
May is also a Certified Hypnotherapist approved by American Board of Hypnotherapy. She holds a Master's degree in Engineering from National University of Singapore and a Specialist Diploma in Child Psychology from Arium School of Arts and Science. This combination has allowed May to blend the analytical brain and the emotional heart into work that is reachable to all walks of life.
May believes You are worth it! Your family is worth it too! Her goal is to guide overwhelmed parents tap into their inner power, create compassionate inner-connection and navigate parenting so they can better understand their triggers and connect with their loved ones.
May was inspired and trained by Dr. Shefali message and teachings and felt called to spread the knowledge to others. The combination of over 10 years of her personal experiences and years of education and passion to serve provides her with the ability to help her clients break generational and emotional patterns of the past conditionings and to live in the present moments.
